Its members are volunteer endowment agents from the people of the state. - The Foundation holds legal status, and adopts an institutional work strategy to launch promising endowment investment projects, aiming to enable the community to contribute to building projects and permanent endowment assets and work to develop them in optimal ways in cooperation with committees that are formed from young competencies from the people of the state who wish to volunteer for charitable work and institutions.
